  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased, the total cost, and the delivery address.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to locations within Tamil Nadu and selected cities across India. If your delivery address falls outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days for locations within Tamil Nadu and 5-7 locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or transportation delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order through our website by entering your tracking number.
  • Delivery Updates: You will receive updates via email or SMS regarding the status of your delivery, including any potential delays or changes in the expected delivery date.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Successful Delivery: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package at the provided address. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery attempt notice will be left at your address with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from a designated location.
  • Re-delivery Attempts: In the case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two re-delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you for further instructions.

5. Handling Perishable Items

  • Freshness Guarantee: We ensure that all perishable items, including seafood, are packed with care to maintain freshness and quality during transit. We use insulated packaging and ice packs as necessary to preserve the condition of the products.
  • Immediate Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the contents of your package immediately. If you notice any issues with the condition of the perishable items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for assistance.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation strikes may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your order.
  • Incorrect Address: Pugazhvi Seafood is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
