1. Inspect Your Package Immediately
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents carefully. If you notice any damage to the product, proceed with the following steps promptly.
2. Take Clear Photographs
Take clear photographs of the damaged product, including:
- The damaged area(s) of the product.
- The packaging (both external and internal) to show how the product was packed.
- The shipping label and any visible damages to the box.
These photos will serve as proof of damage and help us process your return more efficiently.
3. Report the Damage Within 24-48 Hours
To ensure a timely resolution, report the damage within 24-48 hours of receiving the package. Please create a return ticket through our customer service portal with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the damage.
- The photographs you took.
4. Return Authorization
Once your return ticket is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the damaged product. Please do not send the product back without this authorization, as it may delay the processing of your return.
5. Return the Damaged Product
Carefully repack the damaged product along with all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. Use the return shipping label provided and ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the package. Ship the item back to us within the time frame specified in the return instructions.
6. Inspection and Refund/Replacement (24-48 Hours)
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the damage. After verification, we will process your return based on your preference:
- Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost.
- Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after we receive the damaged product.
Important Notes:
- Returns for damaged products must be initiated within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
- Only products reported within this time frame and with proper photographic evidence will be eligible for return.
- All returns must be sent back using the provided return shipping label and with the RA number clearly indicated.
